How to build and tune a half-square antenna

I take you through my steps to build this 20 meter DX antenna, including construction of the insulators, and a trip into the field to tune it up. "In the field" turned out to be a RUSS event (Radio Under the Sun Shade) which is basically a Radio in the Park in my area that is held once a month.
