Ham Radio: Simple Vertical Antenna for Portable DX

With improving conditions in the Northern Hemisphere, radio amateurs are preparing for more portable operations, including the annual ARRL Field Day Event on 22-23 June 2024.

If you need a simple, lightweight, inexpensive HF antenna for field operations, please consider this design from Tim (G5TM).

This vertical antenna covers the Amateur Radio Bands between 20 meters and 10 meters.  The antenna is easy-to-build and completely portable.

Here are some comments from Tim (G5TM):

A quick to throw up multi-band vertical covering 6 bands and can give you some great performance for DX, especially when portable. Connect with my channel by subscribing and commenting.
