7 and 28 MHz HF Pedestrian Mobile with 6m wire antenna

Thanks to Australian radio amateur Peter Parker (VK3YE) for this introduction to HF Pedestrian  Mobile operations. This arrangement could help hams with limited operating space or deed restrictions to get on the air in a new way. Here are some comments from Peter: Some 7 & 28 MHz HF pedestrian mobile with 6 metres of wire. 6m is barely 1/8 wavelength on 7 MHz but 5/8 wavelength on 28 MHz.
