 Thanks to Roger (W2AEW) for this simple, cheap ground radial kit for portable operations such as SOTA and POTA.

A ground radial system is a must for 1/4 wave vertical HF antennas.  Roger show us how to prepare readily available computer ribbon cable for the basic ground radial system.

Although this video concentrates on portable operations, the radial kit can be used at your home station as well.
