 Here's another excellent HF antenna for portable operations--The Beach Portable GOOZEEOO GP Antenna.

In this video, Walt (N4OGO) puts this Ground Plane Antenna to the test and comes up with some excellent results.  

The Antenna is compact, easy to assemble and deploy, and offers hours of good, strong contacts.  Of course, Walt's location on a Virginia beach surely helps with launching a low angle signal.

Nonetheless, this antenna can do a lot with a minimum of cost and space.  Walt provides a link in case you want more information.
