How to make a simple fan dipole antenna, no turner required!


 

If you need a simple, no tuner-required multiband HF antenna for portable operations or for home station use, please consider this basic "fan dipole" design from Chuck (KK6USY).

The antenna is resonant for each dipole attached, and does not require an antenna "tuner" to boost performance.

The "fan dipole" is easy-to-make and can be stored in your emergency "go-kit" for emergency operations.
