This is post 2266 in a continuing series of simple ham radio antennas.

Thanks to Bret of "Survival Comms" for this easy-to-make video on designing, making, testing, and using what he calls "The VHF/UHF folding ground plane."

According to Bret, this antenna has "broad bandwidth, great performance, simple implementation, and low cost."

This antenna would make a great addition to your emergency "Go-Kit."
