Perky "H" Antenna. Post 1980.

If you want to experiment with a new HF antenna, why not build what Stan Gibilisco (W1GV) calls the "Perky H" antenna?  The design is simple and the construction fairly easy.  This could be a fun project for both portable and home station use.
