End Fed Half Wave Antenna -11 Bands One Antenna! Post#1342.

Here's another interesting variant of the familiar end-fed halfwave antenna.  In this video, Steve Ellington shows how he added 160, 60, and 6 meters to his 130-foot/39.63 meter random wire, which already covered the 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meter bands.  The key is the addition of a 12-volt relay which bypass regular tuning, allowing for 160, 60, and 6 meter coverage.
